Our program is ideal for high-performing professionals aged 35–60 who refuse to accept decline as inevitable. You don’t have to be an athlete, but you do have to be serious about staying capable, vibrant, and adventurous as you age.
How fast should I expect results from a longevity program?
Results vary, but most people start noticing improvements in energy, focus, sleep, and overall well-being within the first 2–3 weeks. The course focuses on foundational, lasting change—not quick fixes. And support continues beyond the 6 weeks!
Do I need a longevity program if I’m still in my 30s or 40s?

How much time does it take per week?

- Up to 3 Small-Group Training Sessions per Week (40mins each)
- Daily Movement Targets (20–30 minutes a day)

Is this a weight loss program?
No. While many clients naturally lose fat, our focus is performance and longevity. Think adding life to your years rather than chasing the scale.
Do I need to be fit to start?
No. We customise the entry point based on your current capacity. The only requirement is a willingness to show up and challenge yourself — physically and mentally.
What equipment do I need?
- WHOOP Band (included in the program cost) – this is a wearable device we use to track key metrics.
- Athletic wear.
- For the online program, you’ll either need access to a gym or basic home workout tools (foam roller, bands, lacrosse ball). We will go through this with you and can provide links to recommended products.
How does the online program work?
You’ll use our very own app for:
- Program delivery and progress tracking
- Habit and behaviour tracking
- AI-enhanced check-ins and coaching feedback
Zoom-based group coaching sessions are held weekly.

We work primarily with busy professionals. Our system is designed to maximise impact with minimal time investment. 3–5 hours a week is all it takes to future-proof your health.

What happens if I miss a session?
No problem. Sessions are recorded (for remote clients), and you’ll have access to the app for workouts and homework tasks to stay on track.
How do Adventure Immersions work?
Adventure Immersions are optional week or weekend experiences designed to apply your gains in real-world environments — like hiking, paddleboarding, or kitesurfing expeditions. They challenge your physical and cognitive growth outside the gym.
Is there a refund policy?
Programs are non-refundable once started. However, if you’re unable to continue due to medical reasons, we’ll work with you to find a fair solution.
Can I still do the programme if I have an event coming up?
Absolutely. Our programmes are designed to work around life and are easily adaptable to real-world events.
What if I already have a wearable?
If you already have a WHOOP, great you’re good to go. At the moment we do not work with other wearables so whilst you are welcome to keep using it, to take full advantage of our program you’ll need a WHOOP.
